Bio
Iain Alexander was fascinated by cinema from an early age and discovered his passion for film directing during high school. At the age of 17, Iain was given an opportunity to do an internship at BSkyB in London, which gave him an insight into television production and live news programming.
At the age of 18 he worked on a low budget feature film in Oxford UK as camera operator and enrolled at the International film school of Paris to do a 3 year degree.
After completing his course, Iain decided to create a network that would help his friends graduating from film school stay in touch and collaborate on projects. This grew rapidly over the years into a global following of 30,000 members, leading to the launch of the filmindustrynetwork.
In 2008, Iain organized the official Kanye West GOOD Music afterparty in Paris on his famous Glow in the Dark tour that brought new acts into the global spotlight such as Grammy nominated Melanie Fiona and Brit sensation Mr Hudson.
Following his endeavors in the music world, he delved into journalism and worked as a freelance writer for several magazines. Since then he has focused on film production and with the launch of FIN TV in May 2010, his objective is to bring talent into the spotlight whilst developing his career as a music video director.
